Welcome to 8th Grade Communications!We are working hard to develop our communication skills. This year we will focus on using reading strategies to improve our comprehension and fluency. We will also present speeches of persuasion, introduction and book sharing. Our final speech this year will introduce us to the concepts of debate. We will also learn ways to become better consumers of the media through the study of television and advertising.
