Welcome to Communications!
As the end of October approaches, we are nearing the end of our Television Media Unit. Ask your students about the technical elements used to create sit-coms and dramas.
We will begin the Haunted House Mystery Unit the final days of October and continue into the beginning of November. This is a group project, and all clue discovery will be done in class using the primary and secondary evidence provided in the classroom.
Students should continue to record their outside reading on their new logs. Please remind students they are working to complete at least 8 hours of reading by November 18th Green Day or 19th Red Day.
At the end of December, the students will be presenting a fictional book talk on a book of their choice. I would like the book to be fresh in their memory, so it should be a book they have read recently. Students need to tell me the title of their book by the second week of December.
