| 3 | Mueske's Magellan's, exploring our world... The Zoo Mobile from the Minnesota Zoo visited us this week. We got to meet 5 different animals and learn about what they each need to survive. We met a Barned Owl, a Salomon Island Skink, a Giant African Millipede, a Chinchilla, and a Minnesota Bull Snake. Ask your child to share with you what they learned about each animal!
We have enjoyed our time thus far with our 5th grade buddies from Mrs. Ament's class. We spent time using the mobile lab this week while working on a reading website together.

Meet Mrs. Mueske
Pike's Place Fish Market: Seattle, WA As I begin my fourth year teaching Kindergarten at Diamond Path, I am excited to get to know everyone and look forward to a great school year together.
I was born and raised in Cedar Falls, Iowa. After high school, I moved to the great state of Minnesota where I attend college at Winona State University. At WSU, I received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education, played basketball for the Warriors, and met my husband Shea.
Shea and I have been married for 3 years and live in Lakeville. We have spent some of the summer traveling, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying yard work and starting new projects around our house. We love to golf, play competitive kickball, and compete in a variety of events.
We will be welcoming a new baby in March 2010!
